"Chess club update.

The A team - Division 1 - are having a very good season. We are currently 2nd, with 3 games left. If we win all our remaining games we will definately finish second however this is a very tough ask as we face a very tough Newcastle Dragons in our next match. We have played 11, won 5, drawn 4 and lost 2.

Tynemouth B - Division 2 - are a commendable third with 12 points. They have played 12 games, won 3, lost 3 and drawn 6.

In Division 4 Tynemouth D are 4th and Tynemouth C are 5th both on 6 points so both are a respectable mid table. Both have played 11 games, with 4 wins, 1 draw and 6 losses.
